Darren has been volunteering at the EDC since 2012. He earned his juris doctor with a certificate in public interest law from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014. During law school, Darren focused on tenants’ rights and has been an advocate for housing law reform. Darren worked to advance renters’ rights statewide as an intern at Tenants Together. He has also represented abused and neglected children in San Francisco’s dependency courts working at USF’s Child Advocacy Law Clinic. He is an active member of the California Bar.
