Spanish, Tagalog speaking. Provides two types of rental assistance (move in expenses and back rent). Serves qualifying individuals and families. The goal of the program is to assist people in stabilizing their housing through receiving one time financial assistance.
*Singles must call at 1pm on Thursdays and the first 10 will be considered.

San Francisco tenants may request that a Rent Board Mediator
help resolve housing-related disputes involving one's landlord, roommate, property manager or neighbor.
