Rental Assistance at EDC

EDC’s Rental Assistance Disbursement Component (RADCo) helps San Francisco tenants who have fallen behind on their rent due to temporary financial setbacks and administers long-term subsidies for low-income tenants.

If you are behind with your rent, RADCo may be able to help you avoid having an eviction filed against you.
