Grants Manager

The Grants Manager (GM) is responsible for the successful management of EDC’s portfolio of grants and contracts, including federal, state and local cost-reimbursable grants, foundation, and corporate grants, and to provide general support in the area of fund development. Reporting to the Director of Development, duties include the in-depth management of each contract and grant from pre to post award, ensuring grant and contract compliance, conducting monthly data reporting, monitoring progress on grant deliverables and budget spend down, supporting data integrity, and drafting grant proposals, budgets, and narrative reports.

Law Fellow

The EDC Law Fellow is an integral part of the Right to Counsel Program that acts as the safety net for tenants who need emergency unlawful detainer assistance. Because we strive to be barrier-free and client-centered, the position requires individuals who truly enjoy working with people; have the skills and capacity to respond in an empathetic and respectful way to clients who are often in crisis; and can work effectively in a collegial and fast paced environment.  This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent one, funding permitting.

Litigation Staff Attorney

The Litigation Staff Attorney (Attorney) will provide full scope representation to tenants in eviction matters.
