If you are facing eviction and receive a Summons & Complaint for unlawful detainer, please contact the Eviction Defense Collaborative immediately at: (415) 659-9184 or email us at legal@evictiondefense.org or come to our clinic at 976 Mission Street, San Francisco, California, 94103 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 to 2:30 PM.

Are you having trouble with your landlord, Section 8 housing, or the Housing Authority? There’s help in Bayview-Hunters Point. The Eviction Defense Collaborative and the Housing Rights Committee of San Francisco are partnering to provide legal advice to tenants in Bayview-Hunters Point.

Mission Tenants’ Rights & Legal Clinic

The Eviction Defense Collaborative and the Latino Task Force are partnering to provide legal advice to tenants in the Mission. Appointments are open to all San Francisco residents, regardless of where you live in the city.
