EDC welcomes San Francisco tenants in need of legal assistance to visit our office. We are available to assist you in person every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 2:30p.m.

If you have received a Summons & Complaint or have been served a notice to quit, call the legal assistance line at (415) 659-9184 or email legal@evictiondefense.org.

Rental Assistance

If you need help with back rent, email RADCo at edcradco@evictiondefense.org.

Shelter Client Advocacy

If you need assistance with a Denial of Service or an issue at a City-funded homeless shelter or transitional housing site, contact our Shelter Client Advocacy team at (415) 669-0284 or via email sca@evictiondefense.org.
